2. Orders and Contract Formation

A binding contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases including pricing errors, stock errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions.

3. Prices and Payment

Payment is processed using the method selected at checkout. Some payment methods may authorize funds at the time of purchase and capture funds upon dispatch.

4. Delivery and Risk

Products are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Risk transfers to you once you or a person you nominate takes physical possession of the goods, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Shipping and Customs

We fulfill orders from warehouses in the United States, European Union, United Kingdom, and Australia.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, international shipments are sent on a Delivered At Place (DAP) basis. This means:

• You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your country.

• These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside our control.

6. Returns

Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right, subject to legal exceptions.

All products are covered by applicable statutory consumer rights in the country where the product was purchased.

If a product was purchased through a retailer, your statutory rights remain with the seller from whom you purchased the product.

For customers in Australia, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Otherwise, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
